An independent survey has revealed that TaxAssist Accountants continues to provide ‘5-star franchisee satisfaction’ to its network of small business accountants.
TaxAssist Accountants launched its Australian network in March 2016 and already has three franchisees, who receive the same level of support given to the 200+ UK franchisees, who were quizzed for the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) survey.
The FSB was undertaken by Smith & Henderson, a leading independent franchise consultancy, who invited UK franchisees to anonymously complete 29 questions about their experience of owning franchise. Feedback for the 2016 survey resulted in TaxAssist Accountants receiving the highest score of ‘5-star satisfaction’ for the fourth consecutive year.
